fix(cmux-next): theme the tab overflow action accent
The crowded-tab hint action used the system accent color, bypassing the selected theme. Resolve Palette.accent in the strip’s theme scope and refresh it when the hint enters a window or its appearance changes. A regression checks the action tint across two scoped-theme updates.
Runtime/test source validation at d5d4ada5995f60a12b3402ca80b320ed5d2fbe78 (current head 2cd2903d09ff7107ea20c2b2d5d768a0f129845a adds only the generated existing-default snapshot): system-blue check, type-scale check, changed-file Swift syntax parsing, and diff whitespace check pass. Managed build 3c637a3c40f350237ee7e9fc passed at d5d4ada5995f; its controller route was the Linux pool. Focused native-test receipts are pending reconciliation with the writer of the theme-refresh fix. Full Mac runtime readiness has not been established. The earlier managed build and 88 green checks on 62a8ee8b4f86 apply to that older revision only. No localization keys, settings, or action surfaces changed.
