base red: avatar capability text names the daemon operation (cx-qh5q6, cx-qvwnn)
Fixes two feat base reds in cmux-next checks: Capability texts never say update the app (bead cx-qh5q6) and Script tests (pin-cmux-tui, embed-cef, ensure-cef store) (bead cx-qvwnn). The script-tests step also runs capability-text.test.sh, which lints the whole repository, so it was red for the same text. On base, every other script in that step passes locally.
The base red comes from 086bc32bfbc5. When the daemon lacks participant.avatar.*, cmux avatar told the user to "update cmux" in English and Japanese. The version-skew rule says a capability error names the matching CLI or one exact command, so this rewords it the way chief/registry.rs does: it needs a newer cmux daemon with the participant.avatar operations; stop the daemon and run the command again. Text only, no behavior change.
