cmux-next: settings export places freeModel.enabled again (fix base web red)
Summary
Fixes the feat-cmux-next web red: webviews/src/pages/settings/categories.test.ts, "every page row has exactly one home", fails on freeModel.enabled.
dc977d76db2 (hq39-free-category-fix) added the Agents page group settings.group.freeModel to schemas/settings/settings-schema.json. The sidebar-density export regeneration (30951546379a) then wrote the file again without it. SettingsPageLayout.swift:128 still declares the group, so the export was stale.
The export was regenerated on a Mac fleet worker at base 47f12a74, using scripts/ci/run-swift-testing-suites.sh in export-settings mode. SettingsSchemaExportTests.exportIsFresh passed there. Only settings-schema.json changed: the 10-line group. The MDM manifests came out identical.
Testing
bun test src/pages/settings/passes with the regenerated export: 126 pass, 0 fail. At base,categories.test.tsfails, which I reproduced in a clean worktree.defaults_guard.py check-freshis clean.
