#20470 webviews: format modelPickerLayout.ts (react-apps-check base red)

Fixes a base red on feat-cmux-next: web / react-apps-check fails its Oxfmt step on webviews/src/agent-session/acpmux/modelPickerLayout.ts.

Cause: d9ce210e4506 ("agent pane: model picker never collapses to its search field (cx-qtmy2 regression)") added a one-line pickerHeightBounds signature longer than the print width. This PR wraps that signature with vp fmt. Nothing else changes: the diff is whitespace only.

Testing

• vp fmt --check src/agent-session/acpmux/modelPickerLayout.ts in webviews: failed before, passes after.
• bun run check locally: browser-lanes, layers, type-scale, system-blue and text-focus pass, and vp check reports all 1396 files correctly formatted. The lint/typecheck stage after it got killed by earlyoom on the shared host, so CI react-apps-check covers it.
