docs: record thread minimap gallery receipt
Record the durable gallery receipt for merged PR #19081.
The current head's 880/1040/1240 px gallery widths keep the intentional minimap gutter available, and the published artifact has no play failures. Removed base states at 420/760 px intentionally hide the minimap and are recorded as such.

Overview
Adds #19081 to the UI parity receipts ledger for the merged thread minimap gallery work.
The batch table now lists agent-pane.thread-minimap (long-chat) at 880 / 1040 / 1240 px, links the published gallery artifact, and notes clean play results on current head. A new interaction receipt describes the long-chat hover/preview play, intentional wider viewports for the 28px gutter, Chromium/WebKit pass status, and how diff replay treats removed 420 / 760 px bases as expected hidden-minimap states rather than failures.
