The model picker T3 follow-up now keeps its favorites filter visibly pressed and preserves access to every installed harness when the bottom-aligned rail has more entries than the available height. The scroll container owns overflow while the inner rail retains bottom alignment.

Changelog

Fixed: Keep the favorites filter state visible and make a long installed-harness rail fully scrollable.

Summary by cubic

Fixes the model picker T3 rail so the favorites filter shows its pressed state and long installed-harness lists stay fully scrollable instead of clipping at the top.

  • The favorites filter button now gets the same pressed highlight as other favorite toggles.
  • The harness rail now wraps entries in an inner flex container that keeps bottom alignment, while the outer list owns overflow and scrolling.
  • The macOS agent-pane bundle was regenerated to mirror these styles.

[!NOTE]
Low Risk
UI-only layout and CSS for the model picker harness column; no logic, auth, or data-path changes.

Overview
Polishes the model picker T3 harness rail so favorites-only mode looks toggled on and long harness lists scroll without clipping.

The harness column now uses a two-layer layout: the outer acpmux-mp-harness-list is the scroll container (overflow: auto), and a new inner acpmux-mp-harness-list-inner keeps harness rows bottom-aligned when the list is shorter than the pane. ModelPicker.tsx wraps the harness buttons in that inner div; the same CSS is mirrored in the macOS agent-pane bundle.

The ★ favorites filter at the top of the rail now gets the same hover/pressed highlight as per-model favorite toggles via .acpmux-mp-harness-favorites[aria-pressed=true].
