feat(cmux-next): bring model picker closer to T3
The model picker now follows the T3 interaction shape more closely: the harness rail is bottom aligned and only shows pickable installed harnesses, model rows show their harness and stable Cmd-1 through Cmd-4 hints, and favorites can be toggled and filtered from the star control. The catalog order remains stable between opens.
Changelog
Changed: Align the model picker rail and add T3-style model subtitles, keyboard hints, and favorites.

Summary by cubic
The model picker now follows the T3 interaction shape: the harness rail is bottom-aligned and lists only pickable installed harnesses, model rows show their harness as a subtitle with Cmd-1 through Cmd-4 hotkey hints, and a star control toggles favorites that persist across opens via localStorage.
- Non-pickable routing entries (like Terminal) are no longer offered as harness choices.
- The star button above the harness list filters the model list to favorites only.

Overview
Updates the embedded agent-pane stylesheet (index.html) so the shipped macOS webview matches the T3-shaped model picker layout.
New rules bottom-align the harness column (acpmux-mp-harnesses / acpmux-mp-harness-list), style the favorites star on the rail and per-model rows, and lay out model entries as a row shell with a harness subtitle line and ⌘1–⌘4 hotkey chips on the first four visible models.
