License: allow self-hosting BSL server software, forbid hosting for others and resale
Summary
The BSL 1.1 on the cmux server directories allowed no production use without a commercial license, including self-hosting. It now carries an Additional Use Grant: anyone may run the server software in production and self-host it for themselves or their organization's internal use. Offering it to third parties as a hosted, managed or embedded service, or selling or reselling it, still needs a commercial license from Manaflow. The four-year change to GPL-3.0-or-later is unchanged.
mux/cloud/ (the Durable Object form of mux, cmux next's Cmd+1 orchestrator) joins the BSL list. The local acpmux form of mux stays GPL-3.0-or-later.
The same grant text is copied into every BSL directory, and the root LICENSE, CONTRIBUTING.md, CLAUDE.md and all 21 README license paragraphs describe it. The grant wording was drafted without legal review; have counsel read it before this reaches main.
Testing
Text-only change. Checked that all seven BSL LICENSE copies are identical and every README has exactly one updated license paragraph.
