Adds sidebar metadata reporting (cwd/git/ports/status/log/progress) via shell integration + controller commands.
Also adds ./scripts/reload.sh --tag <name> isolation (bundle id, sockets, derived data) so parallel dev instances/tests don't conflict.
Fixes:
- Prevent shell integration nc fallback from hanging (use -N / -w).
- Prune/validate per-surface metadata so closed/invalid surfaces don't leave stale ports/cwd.
Testing:
- Ran on UTM VM with
./scripts/reload.sh --tag vm-testsandCMUX_TAG=vm-tests. - Python tests passed (ctrl-enter keystroke test skips if Accessibility is blocked on the VM).
