#62210 [13.x] Add missing PostgreSQL full text languages

whereFullText() on PostgreSQL silently falls back to english for languages that aren't in the allowed list, even though PostgreSQL supports them:

Article::whereFullText('body', 'σπίτι', ['language' => 'greek'])->get();

// to_tsvector('english', "body") @@ plainto_tsquery('english', ?)

This adds the missing armenian, basque, catalan, greek, hindi, serbian and yiddish configurations.
