[13.x] Support exit code and exception fake shorthands when starting processes

The Process::fake() exit code and exception shorthands only work with run(). With start() or pool() they throw Unsupported asynchronous process fake result provided.

Process::fake(['ls' => 1]);

Process::start('ls')->wait(); // LogicException
