[13.x] Consolidate overlapping tests

In continuing my review of Mockery within the test suite, I came across several tests where the mocked versions of tested behavior is already exercised against a real database elsewhere.
This PR removes the overlapping mocked test as the "integration" test is a better one anyway. Before deleting anything had AI use "mutation" and pcov to verify overlap. If there was a gap I either left the original test case or added an "integration" test case.
Again, only tests change. Since roughly a thousand lines of mock setup go away, I'll continue a full sweep across the rest of the test suite when I have more tokens.
