Add "valkey://" and "valkeys://" protocol support

Valkey[1] is a Redis fork and can be talked to with all redis clients.

This patch adds support for the "valkey://" and "valkeys://" protocols and translates it to tcp+ssl just like "redis://" and "rediss://" do.
