Chore: bump kubevela/pkg for CEL null results and cuex call errors

Description of your changes

Bumps github.com/kubevela/pkg to ed78b6ef (kubevela/pkg#155), so its two fixes reach the workflow engine:

  • CEL null results. A $( ) expression that answers null reached a step's properties as protobuf's NULL_VALUE. A whole-value read became 0, and a read inside text became the text NULL_VALUE. It is now a real null, and text refuses to embed one, with a hint to guard the read.
  • Readable provider-call errors. A failed provider call's error ended with the call's whole CUE value, and that is what a step's message showed. It now names the call and what the provider reported.

Only go.mod and go.sum change; no other module moves.

I have:

  • Read and followed KubeVela's contribution process.
  • Related Docs updated properly. In a new feature or configuration option, an update to the documentation is necessary.
  • Run make reviewable to ensure this PR is ready for review.
  • Added backport release-x.y labels to auto-backport this PR if necessary.

How has this code been tested

  • go build ./... and go test across every package, with envtest. All pass except TestSendEmail in the two email provider packages, which fails identically on main when run on macOS arm64: gomonkey's binary patching is refused there (permission denied). Linux CI is unaffected.
  • make reviewable: golangci-lint and staticcheck are clean. As on main, it also regenerates three files this change does not touch (the deepcopy header, the WorkflowStepDefinition CRD synced from KubeVela master, and the chart README's table widths), so they are left out.

KubeVela then bumps both this module and pkg, in a separate PR.
