#969 Feat(graph): sources and data flows on the application graph, owners and health on the resource graph (17/21)

Targets main but builds on #968, so the earlier stack commits show here too: review the last commit only. Merge after #968.

Description of your changes

• Application graph: sources appear, linked to what reads them, with what flows between components; edges are routed at right angles in lanes of their own.
• Resource graph: each resource names the component and trait that applied it, with their health. Kinds KubeVela doesn't check are read with kstatus, and say so.

Fixes #

I have:

• Read and followed KubeVela's contribution process.
• Related Docs updated properly. In a new feature or configuration option, an update to the documentation is necessary.
• Run yarn lint to ensure the frontend changes are ready for review.
• Run make reviewableto ensure the server changes are ready for review.
• Added backport release-x.y labels to auto-backport this PR if necessary.

Special notes for your reviewer

• kstatus is only used where KubeVela has no health check of its own for the kind.
