What this PR does / why we need it:
The TaskSpawner table in self-development/README.md advertises kelos-fake-strategist as exploring "workflow improvements", but that focus area is owned by kelos-self-update and the spawner itself routes such issues away (kelos-fake-strategist.yaml line 102). The row also drops "New CRDs & API Extensions", which is one of the three current focus areas defined in the spawner prompt (kelos-fake-strategist.yaml lines 69-89) and listed in the README's own detailed section (lines 210-213).
This PR replaces the one-line description with wording that matches the three current focus areas.
