#262 removed the SixLabors.ImageSharp.Drawing package but was merged just before this doc fix was pushed to its branch, leaving Packages.md listing a package no csproj references. TestPackagesDocumentCorrect (Rdmp.Core.Tests + Rdmp.Dicom.Tests) fails on main as a result; this removes the stale row.
