#95 [3.x] Document preloading the initial page and Link header limits

Documents how to preload the initial page component by passing it to the @vite directive. It also explains how to handle a Link header that grows too large from AddLinkHeadersForPreloadedAssets: limit it with using(), remove the middleware, or raise the web server's header buffer.
