taking them would raise dnsdiam to Go 1.27 while the repository still
supports and tests Go 1.26. Ignore those versions until Go 1.26 leaves
support.
Replaces #121, which would have raised dnsdiam to Go 1.27. make check passes locally (all 9 checks).
