docs(site): add the AI agents and SSH guides

Summary

Part 4 of six stacked PRs for the Termul user guide. Adds the AI agents and SSH and SFTP sections: AI agents (starting a chat, writing a prompt, approvals, following the work, chat history, switching agents) and SSH (hosts, connecting, SFTP, troubleshooting).

Pages describe what the app does today, checked against the source and the running browser build. Desktop-only features are marked and have no screenshots, because the capture tool drives the browser build.

Related Issue

No issue: the user guide was requested directly by the maintainer. Stacked on part 3.

Type of Change

What Changed

  • MDX pages and meta.json for each section.
  • One scripts/screenshots/shots/*.ts file per section and the PNGs it produces.

How It Was Tested

  • bun run types:check and bun run build in website-docs/ at this branch
  • biome ci website-docs/scripts
  • Internal link check over the built site (every /docs/... link and #anchor resolves at the top of the stack)
  • Manual verification completed: every screenshot was opened and checked against its page
  • bun run test, cargo checks: not applicable (docs and a dev-only script; no app code changes)
