#359 fix(security): patch advisories published since #356 across examples

The audit job failed on every PR that touches these 13 examples (seen on #358), because of advisories published after #356. Nothing in this PR changes app code.

• with-crossmint, through the Crossmint SDK's React Native and Solana dependencies: node-forge <=1.4.0 (GHSA-86w9-cpqp-85rv), bigint-buffer <=1.1.5 (GHSA-3gc7-fjrx-p6mg), image-size 1.x (GHSA-5p2g-fcmc-qvqq, GHSA-w3rx-r6r6-pgpr; fixed only in 2.x, a major bump of metro's dependency, skipped as in #356).

Verified locally

• pnpm audit --prod passes at each example's CI level (critical for with-react, high for the rest).
• Every changed lockfile passes pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --lockfile-only.
• Resolved: next 16.3.8, sharp 0.35.5, shell-quote 1.11.0, source-map-js 1.2.2.

CI builds each changed example.
