#355 chore: bump @formo/analytics to 1.42.0

Bumps every example to @formo/analytics@^1.42.0 (adds opt-in Core Web Vitals).

Lockfiles change only the @formo/analytics entries (specifier, version, integrity, snapshot keys). The peer set of the SDK did not change. Each lockfile passes pnpm install --frozen-lockfile.
