#11 feat(skills): enhance existing CLI workflows

Why

Professional discovery, enrichment and asset research need precise CLI guidance within the workflows users already install. This resubmits #9, reverted in #10, with the corrections found in review.

Summary

• Same scope as #9: professional discovery and account qualification in firecrawl-lead-gen; supplied-person and CSV enrichment, published organizational contacts and meeting briefs in firecrawl-lead-research; a brand-assets reference for firecrawl-website-design-clone; stronger design and SEO capture guidance; new firecrawl-job-postings and firecrawl-fantasy-sports workflows; 18 workflows and plugin manifests at 0.1.1.
• Corrections since #9:
  • People discovery lists the complete people-data provider category ("level":"providers","limit":20); the previous limit:3 returned only the first providers alphabetically. Company discovery uses a capability query filtered to the companies category and phrased as the capability needed, because queries describing the target prospects returned company-level capabilities or nothing.
  • Personal email addresses and personal phone numbers are blocked at the capability level as well as through reveal options; shared business phones from official pages stay allowed.
  • When execution returns THIRD_PARTY_DATA_TERMS_REQUIRED, the workflows give the user the returned terms URL and never accept terms without explicit approval.
  • Design capture downloads the expiring signed screenshot URL to .firecrawl/design-reference.png, inspects that file and references it in DESIGN.md.
  • The fantasy workflow no longer refers to a connected league tool, which does not exist.
  • The rewritten and new skills keep the same inputs frontmatter as the other workflow skills, and the router keeps its references entry.
  • Restores two rules #9 dropped: never bypass CAPTCHAs in lead extraction, and never imply the user has rights to another site's logos, images, trademarks or copy in design work.
• Merge this before the companion CLI change, firecrawl/cli#320. The catalog sync has to publish the two new workflows before a CLI release asks for them.

Test Plan

• All 18 skill frontmatters parse, names match their folders, descriptions are within 1,024 characters and every relative link resolves. All three plugin manifests parse, and the Claude manifest lists 18 existing skill folders.
• Every firecrawl command and flag in the changed files (77 flags) checked against --help of the CLI built from the companion branch.
• Ran the discovery commands against production: the people category lists all 10 people-data providers, and capability-phrased company queries return company search and enrichment capabilities first. Ran the design capture into a fresh .firecrawl/ folder and downloaded the screenshot as a PNG.
• Installed all 18 workflows from this branch into an isolated project with the standard skills installer; every reference file is packaged.
• Changed Markdown passes Prettier.

Live person enrichment was not executed; provider execution was checked up to the terms response.
