fix(ci): publish the packed tarball as a local file

npm reads dist/<name>.tgz as a GitHub owner/repo shorthand, so the publish step tried to fetch github.com/dist/<name>.tgz over SSH instead of publishing the downloaded tarball. Prefixing ./ makes it a local file path.
Checked locally with npm's own spec parser: dist/firecrawl-cli-1.26.23.tgz resolves to type git (github.com), ./dist/firecrawl-cli-1.26.23.tgz to type file, and npm publish "./dist/firecrawl-cli-1.26.23.tgz" --dry-run reports firecrawl-cli 1.26.23 with tag latest.
