Moves the firecrawl JS SDK from 4.44.0 to 4.46.0 (exact pin, lockfile updated) and releases 1.26.10, so the next publish ships it.

Build passes, and all 691 tests pass with no API key in the environment. With a key set locally, one parse test that expects an unauthenticated request fails, the same as on main.
