Summary

Bump the workspace, every fakecloud-* dependency pin and all seven SDKs (TypeScript, Python, Java, .NET, plus install snippets in the SDK READMEs and docs) from 0.50.0 to 0.51.0.

Minor bump: since v0.50.0 main gained AWS Batch conformance coverage (107 services, 7,657 operations, 258,545/258,545 variants), Cognito fixed pool/client IDs and software-token seeding SDK helpers, Cost Explorer product attributes and EKS ACK capability configuration, plus fixes across S3, Firehose, Lambda, Cognito, Batch, EC2 and others.

Test plan

  • No 0.50.0 left in any version file; Cargo.lock fakecloud entries all 0.51.0
  • Diff touches the same 13 files as the v0.50.0 bump, and only version lines
  • bash scripts/publish-crates.sh --check: 110 crates, dependency order valid
  • CI green
