Cspell over every file the next develop → stage cascade carries (127 files, git diff --name-only origin/stage origin/develop) flags two words in spec comments from #11146 / #11147: rethrew (comment.handlers.spec.ts:11) and unsupplied (issue-type.service.spec.ts:133). Reworded rather than added to the dictionary; comments only. Local cspell on both files: 0 issues.
