fix(task): use the stored organization and title after a partial task update
Problem
TaskService.update took the organization and title from the save result, and the sprint-move history took the organization from the input. The save returns only what was written, so a partial update ({ estimate }, { members }, { organizationSprintId }…) passed organizationId: undefined to new-assignee subscriptions, removed-assignee unsubscriptions, the activity log and the sprint history, and title: undefined to the activity log.
Fix
Fall back to the stored task loaded at the start of update(): updatedTask.organizationId ?? task.organizationId, updatedTask.title ?? task.title, and data.organizationId ?? task.organizationId for the sprint history.
Tests
New task.service.update-partial.spec.ts (save stubbed to return only what was written): the activity log gets the stored title and organization on { estimate }, a new assignee's subscription carries the stored organization, a sprint move is recorded with the stored organization and tenant.

Not built or run locally.
Summary by cubic
Fixes partial task updates so the activity log, assignee subscriptions, and sprint history use the stored organization and title instead of undefined.
TaskService.update read the organization and title from the save result, but a partial update (e.g. { estimate }, { members }, { organizationSprintId }) returns only what was written. The code now falls back to the task loaded at the start of the update.
Adds task.service.update-partial.spec.ts covering the activity log, new-assignee subscription, and sprint move history for partial updates. Not built or run locally.
