#11123 Fix/time tracking manage widgets

Fixes the "Manage widgets" button on the Time Tracking dashboard, which did nothing when clicked (reported on Discord).
Clicking it now opens the menu to show or hide widgets and windows again, and the button still shows its hint on hover.
The "Undo" buttons in that menu are also smaller and better match the rest of the dashboard.
