Two checks are red on develop e6be92ccaa. Neither comes from the code of the last merges (#10788, #10780, #10781); both come from earlier PRs whose checks never reached this point.
1. cspell: 6 issues in 3 files. The sync merges of #10780/#10781 carry those files in their commit sets, so the push re-checked them.

2. Egress audit: the push of #10788 (c0f0172b67) ran the full browser audit. #10788 put the route list back in step with the router, so the walk now opens 4 routes it did not open before:

check-baseline-rewalk: "24 entries added, each a link the baseline already had". The plain shrink check lists exactly those 24, which the rewalk exception allows;- mock-clock, static-hostnames and its baseline (only shrank), import boundary, outbound calls, private deps ("all public");
- cspell: 0 issues in the 9 affected files (the 6 above plus the 3 of #10780/#10781).
