Manual step 2 of the deco-v7-to-v8-migration skill now tells migrators to delete the v7 CI jobs: a `.github/workflows/regen-blocks.yml` (or any job running `generate:blocks` or calling the shared `regen-blocks` workflow) regenerated `blocks.gen.json` on every content push to `main`. v8 has no such file, so after the merge every publish would start a job that fails or does nothing useful.
