#1226 Add LLMSlim MCP to integration

Adds one MCP component:

• cli-tool/components/mcps/integration/llmslim.json

LLMSlim is a local stdio MCP server that gives Claude Code long-term memory with no LLM call. Tools: remember, recall, list_memories, forget, fit_context. Messages are stored word for word in a local SQLite file (or Postgres) and recalled within a token budget. The user and agent scope is fixed when the server starts. No API key. The component runs it with uvx --from llmslim[mcp] llmslim mcp, next to memex-mcp.json and memory-integration.json. No generated catalog files are included.

Tested locally: python scripts/validate_components.py --changed reports 0 errors and 0 warnings for the new file.
