fix(docs): show real MCP tool calls in the editor section

Staging twin of the review fixes on release PR #1121, so staging and main carry the same editor section.

  • The transcript now matches the real MCP tool contracts. get_data returns data, not rows. Funnel steps include the required name. list_investigations statuses are open/resolved, not verified. reply_to_investigation sends investigationId and replyId and returns {reply}. The summary_metrics and error_segments rows use the builders' real columns, and the launch answer no longer cites a change percentage that a single last_7d query can't return.
  • The question starts typing only once the terminal is on screen. Before, it finished typing off-screen, so visitors never saw the animation.
