fix(ui): render the plus icon in a single solid tone

What

The shared PlusIcon in @databuddy/ui drew its horizontal bar at 40% opacity, the Nucleo glyph-duo style. Both bars now render at full opacity. The shape is unchanged: I only removed the opacity="0.4" and data-color attributes.

Why

The duotone plus looks lopsided, and the team dislikes it. It appears on every add and create button in the dashboard (websites, monitors, status pages, goals, funnels, flags, links, API keys, organizations, notifications, the agent's new-chat button, and others), and in the docs FAQ in #1119.

Verification

  • bun run lint passes, and the pre-commit typecheck passes on this branch.
  • Rendered the solid plus and its rotated close mark in the docs FAQ locally.
  • Not checked visually: the dashboard buttons.

Devtools has its own stroke-based plus icon, which was already a single color, so it is untouched.
