#563 Handle X Chat message requests in the MCP guide

Summary

• Teach the X MCP guide to list both message-request inboxes (you_may_know / Priority and low_quality / Hidden), decrypt them like other chats, and page events when a request has more history.
• Opening one request (get_chat_message_request) is only when the owner asked, because it marks those messages delivered.
• Accept (accept_chat_message_request) only when the owner said to accept. A reply does not accept a request, and accepting mid-pagination can skip rows. Bump the plugin to 2.6.3.

Test plan

• Ask about message requests without naming the tools: agent lists both inboxes and decrypts previews, and does not call get_chat_message_request.
• Ask to open one request: agent uses the returned id, says it marks messages delivered, and pages events because detail has_more_events is true when events are present.
• Ask to accept: accept_chat_message_request on a received request only. A reply alone does not accept. A second accept 404 is treated as already accepted.
• Sender with sender_recently_modified_profile is called out. sent / none are not accepted.
