Shipyard v0.3.31: the version goes to 0.3.31 in app/package.json, tauri.conf.json, Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock, and the changelog's Unreleased section becomes ## v0.3.31.

• Worktrees with submodules can be removed (#197)
• A chat no longer goes blank at the top mid-turn (#193)
• Pin worktrees to the top of the sidebar (#190)

Some of these are fixes in berthd (removing a worktree with submodules, safer archiving), so boxes need berth upgrade BOX (or Update all in the status bar) to get them.
