deps: move OpenTUI core and solid to 0.6.5 together
Moves @opentui/core and @opentui/solid from 0.6.0 to 0.6.5 together, and supersedes Dependabot #280 and #272.
Those two PRs each bumped one package and failed the typecheck at src/tui.tsx(261,7). The cause wasn't an API change: @opentui/solid pins an exact @opentui/core version, so bumping one alone installs a second, nested core and two incompatible BoxRenderable types. Bumping both to the same version removes the duplicate; no source change is needed. The 0.6.5 .d.ts files show only additions in core and none in solid, and solid-js stays at the required 1.9.12.
Also groups @opentui/* in the Dependabot config so future bumps arrive in one PR.
Verified on Bun 1.3.14: workspace lock check, TUI build, OpenCode typecheck, sidebar render tests, and the packed-install smoke (both host renderers render the packed sidebar; the negative control still fails).
