Speeds up the search-quality gate by building its scored binary with the ci-storm profile instead of the shipped --release profile, cutting cold build time from 16–20 minutes to 3–9 minutes without changing benchmark results: repeated evaluate runs from the same inputs gave byte-identical real-query rows across profiles, differing only in binary_sha256, because Rust never enables fast-math.
The gate now downloads, builds, and evaluates target/ci-storm/aft; cache keys were renamed so no stale --release binary is restored at the new path.
release.yml and shipped binaries keep [profile.release].
Workflow tests now assert the gate's download path, fallback build, and AFT_BINARY_PATH all use the same ci-storm profile as the producer.
