Accepted agent delivery; branch-keyed search descriptor included.

Summary by cubic

Fixes the bash idle-timer test helper so wait: true terminal cases no longer compete with a 200 ms worker cap before the shell exit is observed.

  • The helper now applies the 200 ms cap only when the expected status is running; completed cases use a 30 s cap beyond the outer timeout.
  • Reversing the cap with injected 400 ms command-exit latency reproduced the flaky completion case; the change passes all gates.
  • Adds a branch-keyed search descriptor for the deferred-bash-idle-timer-test benchmark suite.
