v0.63.0 was tagged but not published: its Linux builds failed to link (fixed in #1106). v0.63.1 ships from main instead, and the unpublished v0.63.0 tag is deleted, as Ufuk approved.

v0.63.1.md is the approved v0.63.0 notes, retitled, with an opening sentence saying it replaces the unpublished 0.63.0, plus three approved lines for changes merged after the notes:

  • Changed: storage cleanup reads fewer files per pass, stops at its time limit and backs off.
  • Fixed: aft_outline array targets fetch URL entries.
  • Fixed: a cancelled write no longer leaves its backup in undo history.

It folds three next/ fragments. One of them, background bot writes, is left out as internal. The what's-new dialog stays at 0.63.0, because a patch release keeps it. v0.63.0.md stays as the record of the unpublished tag.
