Test-only. timeout_forensics::tests::stack_sampler_deadline_kills_process_group failed on macOS in #1095's PR CI: the sampler's process group was killed at the deadline, but the sleep 30 child was still visible 300 ms later on the loaded runner (macOS reports a process as exiting before it becomes a zombie). The wait is now 10 s; the child sleeps 30 s, so a kill that never reaches it still fails the test.

Fixes the stack_sampler_deadline_kills_process_group test so it no longer flakes on loaded macOS runners. The test now waits 10 s for the killed sleep 30 child to stop instead of 300 ms, since a loaded machine can keep the process visible long after the kill was sent; the 10 s wait still fails if the kill never reached the child.
