docs(bootstrap): never prompt for or install BMAD; frameworks are vendored
Summary
Removes the BMAD input from BOOTSTRAP.md's inputs table and the npx bmad-method install step from step 8. The maintainer's rule (2026-10-20, while bootstrapping worldchest): BMAD and the other agent frameworks are always vendored as git subtree from combsmith/.github-private or software-factory, never installed per repo, and an agent must never prompt for it. Step 8 now says exactly that.
Problem
The runbook asked every bootstrapping agent whether to install BMAD and, on yes, ran npx bmad-method install, contradicting how frameworks are actually distributed in this org.
Risk
Low ā runbook text only. Follow-ups: mirror into the seeder heredocs in .github-private (blob-pinned fixtures), and align the org AGENTS.md BMAD setup lines, which still say to install via npx in every new repo.
Test plan
bats tests/ locally (bash 5): 139 pass; the 8 failures are the known local yq absence (green in CI).
Rollback
Revert this PR.
Monitoring
This PR's CI; the seeder dry run after the mirror PR.
