chore(seed): mirror repo-template#258 (derived SonarCloud key) into seed-repo-template.sh
Problem
combsmith/repo-template#258 (merged, main e0f994b0) made sonarcloud.yml derive sonar.projectKey / sonar.organization from the repo, reduced sonar-project.properties to sonar.sources + exclusions, rewrote BOOTSTRAP.md step 6 ("nothing to set unless you narrow the sources") and updated the README day-0 row. Those three files are generated by scripts/seed-repo-template.sh, so until the heredocs match, the next seed run would propose restoring the hard-coded combsmith_repo-template key and undo the fix (Codex P1 on #258).
Changes
scripts/seed-repo-template.sh_gen_baseline:sonar-project.properties,README.md(preamble; the commercial-support section is still read from the standard) andBOOTSTRAP.mdheredocs replaced byte-for-byte with repo-template main.tests/fixtures/seed-repo-template/repo-template-README.md/-BOOTSTRAP.mdrefreshed (preamble-only README, no trailing newline, as the seeder's$()capture writes them).tests/test_seed_repo_template.bats:REPO_TEMPLATE_README_BLOB=a6b17a8c…,REPO_TEMPLATE_BOOTSTRAP_BLOB=9afcd886…; commit referencee648a2eb (#255)→e0f994b0 (#258).AGENTS.mdheredoc and blob unchanged.
Risk
Low: content-only mirror of an already-merged change. Blob pins are checked against both the fixtures and the seeder's emission, so a stray newline fails the suite.
Test plan
bats tests/test_seed_repo_template.bats: 100/101, the one failure is test 60 (sed -i -eon BSD sed, pre-existing on macOS; passes on the Linux CI runner).DRY_RUN=true bash scripts/seed-repo-template.sh --repo combsmith/repo-template→ SKIP (unchanged) for README.md, BOOTSTRAP.md, AGENTS.md, sonar-project.properties;PASS (dry-run).- Validation comment follows.
Rollback
Revert the squash commit; the seeder would then propose reverting repo-template to the old hard-coded key on its next run, so revert #258 as well if that is intended.
Monitoring
Next scheduled seed run against combsmith/repo-template should open no PR (all baseline files SKIP).
