• Migrate @mariozechner/pi-* to @earendil-works/pi-* (0.87.1 exact)
• Refresh devDependencies: @biomejs/biome 2.5.14, typescript 7.0.2, vitest 5.0.1, @types/node 26.6.2, @typescript/native-preview 7.0.0-dev.20260707.2
• Node.js engine: >=22.19.0
• Add .github/workflows/ci.yml: Bun 1.4.2, matrix (ubuntu/macos × node 22/24)
• Update biome.json preset (migrate from deprecated recommended)
• Fix test file formatting per Biome 2.5.14
• Update README: git distribution only
• Bump version to 0.1.1, add CHANGELOG entry

Local gates (all green):
