test(capture-kit): encode solid test PNGs unfiltered to stay inside the unit budget

Summary

screenshot-diff.test.ts encodes its solid-fill test PNGs with pngjs' default scanline filters. Under coverage instrumentation the 375x812 vs 1080x2340 case runs about 5.1s, which is over vitest's 5s timeout and the 2x slow-test line. The Coverage lane then fails without printing a failing test (#3923 twice, #3928 once).

This sets filterType: 0 for those fixtures. The decoder inverts the filter, so every compared pixel stays identical. The test drops to about 270ms.

Same change as c3769fd946 on #3928, landed alone so other PRs stop hitting it.

Validation

  • pnpm check:affected --run --head 8185572747: all runnable checks passed, exactCommit=true. The head 38bc7f1502 only amends the commit message (same tree: git diff 8185572747 38bc7f1502 is empty).
  • vitest run packages/capture-kit/src/screenshot-diff.test.ts: 35/35 pass, 854ms.
