#3890 test(ios): bring snapshot-route.test.ts back under the line cap

Main's Lint, Typecheck & Package job has failed since #3877 merged: packages/platform-apple/src/snapshot-route.test.ts reached 1003 lines (cap 1000). #3873, #3874 and #3877 each added tests there; each passed alone, but together they went over the cap. Every open PR now fails Lint after its merge with main (for example #3881).

This PR adds one bridgePresenter() fixture in place of five copies of the same presentIosAcquisition mock. The test file is now 991 lines. No assertions change.
