Summary
Closes #3353.
The tsdown alias for @limrun/xdelta3-wasm now resolves the fixture URL with fileURLToPath() instead of URL.pathname, so file:///C:/... becomes a Windows drive-letter path rather than /C:/.... Touched files: 1.
