feat: add optional Doublespeed provider plugin

Summary

Ship Doublespeed as the optional @agent-device/doublespeed npm package, installed through the managed plugin system. Credentials alone do not enable it, and core does not bundle its implementation.

The package ships bundled ESM with one factory export and no runtime or peer dependency on core or private workspaces. Its version stays synchronized with agent-device; the root npm publish command releases both through #3252's infrastructure. Adds npm metadata and installation/update guidance.

91 files including the original provider implementation and shared plugin connection/host wiring. Preserves landed WebDriver validation when merging current main. Independent Claude packaging review found no actionable bugs; base plugin declarations are 705 bytes.

Validation

  • Tested 77b18e874155f6c4a71825f5c01678bb102030c3 against current main (d87fd77654): pnpm check:affected --run passed all runnable checks.
  • Workspace version check and standalone packed-plugin smoke passed: factory-only exports, isolated installation, host-recognized errors and fixture CLI connect.
  • Local npm registry: unversioned plugins add, update, remove, unauthorized connect and successful fixture connect passed without a duplicate core installation.
  • Clean prebuild typecheck failure reproduced; source SDK mapping fixes forced root/full typechecking with dist absent.
  • Exact-head GitHub CI passes, including Repo Guards, Typecheck & Package, integration, coverage and platform smoke. Original provider runtime review findings remain; no fresh live Doublespeed run for this packaging update.
