Summary
Extend settings biometric simulation beyond Face ID:
- add iOS settings touchid <match|nonmatch|enroll|unenroll> support
- add Android settings fingerprint <match|nonmatch> support
- improve biometric error classification to distinguish unsupported runtimes from operational failures
- avoid adb emu finger fallback on physical Android devices
- update docs for new settings helpers
