fix(evals): normalize compiled runtime path test expectation

Summary

  • Use path.posix.join for the compiled runtime tasks expectation in runtimePaths.test.ts
  • Keep the assertion aligned with resolveRuntimeTasksRoot, which intentionally returns normalized forward-slash paths for compiled callers
